Three story active hotel. 

Reported Activity:
Seeing human-like figure move from hallway to a room on the third floor - observed a figure move past a window in the laundry room on the first floor - hearing furniture moving in an unoccupied  and locked room on the third floor - third floor door slammed shut on its own - strange feelings and noises in a full-time rental room on the third floor.

VIDEO ANALYSIS:

No physical evidence captured on video at the time of the investigation.

No photos of evidential value were discovered.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  Intermittent EMF spikes  of unknown origin were measured  in the  3rd  floor room  where furniture was reported moving and the door slammed shut on a prior date.

Investigator Feelings / Personal Experiences:

Psychic Medium Cheryl Evans validated the claims of activity that the staff were reporting and felt there were two active spirits in the hotel, one Earthbound and the other coming and going. See more below.

Conclusion:
Physical activity documented?  Intermittent EMF spikes in the active 3rd floor room of unknown origin.
Alternative  explanation found for paranormal claims?   None

Psychic Medium Cheryl Evans picked up impressions of a male spirit stuck at this location who had died of a drug overdose. Cheryl felt that this male would move throughout the second and third floors trying to get the attention of the staff and guests.  Cheryl also picked up on the former owner of the hotel who had died a few years ago and would pop-in from time to time to check on the hotel and the male spirit that was stuck there.  Cheryl did not believe the prior owner was stuck.  With help from the other side, Cheryl believes she was able to release this male.
