Location Status:
Two story, four bedroom house built in 2006, occupied by two adults, one child, a dog and two cats.

Reported Activity:
The client reported that she used to hear a heavy breathing noise behind her at times when she first moved in. The client stated it felt like someone was standing right behind or on the side of her, but never really felt threatening. The client claimed the activity seemed to be centered around her daughter’s bedroom for the past few years. There have been times when the client has put her 6 year old daughter to bed and fell asleep with her only to hear her mirror cabinet (which is on a swivel base) being pushed back and forth. The client has heard whispers through their baby monitor and also heard a child giggle and say hi through the monitor one night. The client went right into her daughter’s room after these instances and she was asleep soundly. The client reported that on one night, she woke up in her bed to see a figure standing at the side of her bed staring at her and dressed in blackish-brownish tattered robe. By having an investigation, the client hopes to understand if all these occurrences are real.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home, with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous readings were detected.

Psychic Impressions:
As Virginia entered the home, she was greeted by the spirit of a man who was a coalminer. This spirit also told Virginia that he had died from a coalmine accident. Information was confirmed by the home owner that she did in fact have a grandfather that died in a coalmine. As Virginia proceeded with the initial walk-through, the spirit of the Grandfather told Virginia that his other Granddaughter lived across the way from the owner’s home and her name started with a D and that he has been watching over his great grandchild and the family for a very long time. Virginia also picked up on a nurse named Elizabeth, who the owner knew since passed away, who came by to say hello. The spirit of the Grandfather continued to speak with Virginia about other family members who had also passed. Virginia picked up that the child of the home is very open and has been seeing family spirit members who just come to visit and come in and out of a corner of her room. Virginia pointed out the corner to the owner and the owner confirmed the corner where the child was seeing and pointing to spirit.

During the investigation, Virginia picked up a lot of the history and names from around the area which were later confirmed by the PPA’s historical research director. Virginia does not feel the child of the home is in any danger nor is there anything of a negative energy in the home. Virginia feels there is a lot of residual energy on and around the property. Virginia also picked up American Indian spirits moving though and around the property.

Virginia picked up that the mother/owner of the home is very open to spirit and that she and her child are very connected psychically.

Conclusion:
During the coarse of this investigation, which primarily surrounded the daughter's bedroom, no personal experiences were reported by investigators and no physical evidence was obtained to validate or dismiss a haunting. Information that Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo picked up on, was consistent with what the clients were reporting and historical research obtained by the PPA. Virginia does not feel that the clients are in any type of danger and that because the mother and daughter are sensitive to the energies in the home, they will experience the presence of their deceased relatives when they come to visit. Virginia does not feel there are any trapped or stuck spirits at this location and provided the owner information on how to harness her gift which would help her child at the same time.

The PPA recommends to the clients that if they are uncomfortable with the spirits of their family coming to visit or do not want them making themselves known to their child, they need to treat them as family and verbally set ground rules to those spirits on when they can come or how they show themselves as not to scare or startle the family.
