Investigation Report

Location Status:
Private two-story residence occupied by three adults, five children and three dogs.

Reported Activity:

The clients moved into this home and lived there approximately four months prior to this investigation. They started noticing activity three weeks after moving in. The majority of the activity occurs between midnight and 6am and sometimes around 8:00pm. The clients report the activity occurs every few days. The clients related they were hoping to find out if there was really something in their home and if so, was it good or evil and they would like to get a good nights sleep without fear.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building with expected spikes near electrical appliances. Slightly elevated EMF readings were measured in all rooms on the second floor. This elevated field could cause the feeling of being watched or “creepy feelings” but at the same time could also act as a type of conduit for paranormal activity to manifest at a location. No anomalous readings were recorded to indicate paranormal activity.

Michele (Psychic Medium) – picked up on a male spirit who was believed to be a former owner of the house and his wife and 8 to 9 year old daughter. Michele believed that all three energies had “crossed over” when they died but because there was so much love in this home for them, they were attached to it and made frequent “visits” to the home. Michele felt that the man was upset because of some structural changes that had taken place and felt contained in what is now the downstairs master bedroom. Michele also picked up on a separate female energy who Michele felt may have been a neighbor at some point in time. Michele stated this woman did not like children and the children now living in this space were agitating her.

During the investigation that occurred on this date, no personal experiences where noted by investigators and no physical evidence of paranormal activity was documented during our time investigating. Investigators were not able to dismiss any accounts of activity reported by the clients and the investigation remains inconclusive at this time. No physical evidence for or against a haunting was documented but some elevated EMF fields were discovered. These fields could cause some experiences that appear to be paranormal but are only false perceptional experiences caused by a sensitivity to these fields by some people. While this could account for some experiences, it is also a theory and possibility that the fields could generate manifestations of spiritual energies that are present. Additional investigations may confirm one or the other should the activity persist.

With the clients request for help, The PPA went beyond the scientific investigation and worked with psychic medium Michele Jones. Michele believed that the spirits that were present had already crossed over but returned to this location to visit. Michele recommended doing a sage cleansing of the home along with attempting to communicate the intention to the spirits that the family did not want any further visits from them. Michele believed she was successfully able to do this. The PPA will continue to monitor the activity with the family.
